C.C. “Chuck” Toops is an industrial engineer by education at the University of Houston and was a welding engineer for many years. As the leader of C and C Development, Chuck has years of experience in real estate buying, developing and building projects ranging from a 200,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse, 5 strip shopping centers, 4 six-story office buildings, 3 office/warehouses and two 20,000 sq. ft. office/manufacturing facilities, as well as numerous homes from Houston to Austin to Ruidoso. Manuel Orozco
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION AND PLANNING

Arq. Manuel, our head architect and creative force, received his degree in Architecture at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, achieving the honor of being #2 in his class.  The combination of his vision together with his ability to “put it all together and make it happen” is unsurpassed.  Manuel is hands-on and stays around to see that his creative genius, as reflected in his designs, is accurately executed during construction.

Besides his daily visits to the construction site/s, his supervision of our young team of architect-draftsmen, and his own designing endeavors, Manuel is also deeply involved with our CEO-Developer in the planning strategies of many of our future projects, and assisting with the various legal aspects of the projects with attorneys and notaries.

Now residing in Puerto Vallarta, with his wife, Mirna and their 2 sons, Manuel was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico.  He has completed over a dozen residential projects in Vallarta, both interior and exterior with his resume including such finish-outs as La Punta, Villas Banderas, and Vista Romantica, as well as his latest project, Villas de la Colina, to name a few.  He has extensive experience in Mexican construction techniques, with particular emphasis on state of the art building in mountainous terrains.  Yet once he has the structure in place, Manuel’s attention to every last finishing detail remains Manuel’s “favorite part” and is truly unrivaled.

Matthew O´Rourke
SALES DIRECTOR

Matthew graduated the Australia real estate course in 1983 (Real estate Law, book keeping, financial analysis, Marketing) and soon after discovered Cabo San Lucas in 1984.

Matt’s first Mexican success story was Club Ocho Cascades, Cabo San Lucas 1984. The project was a high end “interval ownership” product and sold out 100 villas with 5000 members in just 5 years.
Matt’s discovery of Puerto Vallarta was in 1989 and since then he has been involved with over 30 successful developments both in Vallarta and across the Mexican Riviera and Caribbean.
Villa Del Palmar, Quinta Real, Carayes, Velas Vallarta, Sheraton, Costa Banderas, Puerto Aventuras  ( Can Cun) Divi Resorts (Caribbean ) Villa Magna ( Nuevo Vallarta) to list a few.

With 23 years bi-lingual hands on experience in sales and marketing in both fractional and fulltime markets, Matt is certainly enthusiastically qualified to see the Colinas and Eden projects to their complete success.
Matt is married with 3 children and loves to surf and play tennis.
